SEMINAR: “OMEGA” BLENDS FOR PRODUCTION OF MEAT, FISH, DAIRY AND CONFECTIONARY PRODUCTS: NEW PRODUCTS AND TOP SELLERS!”
From 21.03 to 22.03, 2016 Omega Research and Development Center hosted dealer seminar on “Omega” blends for production of meat, fish, dairy and confectionary products: New products and top sellers!” The seminar had attracted dealers from throughout Russia.
Nasonova Victoria Victorovna – head of “Sausage, semi-products and packaging technology” laboratory of the Research Institute of the meat industry named afterV.M.Gorbatov was among the reporters.
The seminar included extended degustation of new products.
The first seminar day ended by the “Best anti-crisis product” contest.
The second day included practical training where thick pickle injection was shown.
Fish section presentation on “Maturing agents for “Econom” series preserves”.
Dairy section introduced new complex blends for increased yield and low self-cost of finished products.
The new products of Confectionary section comprised Complex blends, stabilizers for fillings and pastry, improving agents for semi-products pastry and dry blends for cream production.
At the end of the seminar the participants were given certificates and promotional gifts.
Chaplygin Dmitry, the Development director of “ProdUpak”, LLC won the “Best anti-crisis product” contest.
