Several hundred of companies from different regions of Russia and countries of the world participated in the annual exhibition "Agroprodmash" that took place in the Central Exhibition Complex “Expocentre” from 6 to 10 October this year in Moscow. The Group of Companies “OMEGA” didn’t change its tradition of participation in the exhibition being a regular exhibitor for over ten years. The technologists developed a number of meat products in our Technical Center especially for Agroprodmash which allowed existing and potential customers of our company not only to evaluate high quality of the blends produced by "Omega" but also to learn the new products created this year.

"Omega" emphasized the production of sausages from poultry including turkey meat at the last exhibition. The interest for the development of such products is growing, first of all, due to the fact that nowadays the structure of meat consumption has been changed and the proportion of poultry has been increased. As the result, the producers as well as the consumers have focused a particular attention to this type of raw meat and its products. Hotdogs and sausages with chicken for broiling, as well as semi-smoked sausages with cheese made from turkey meat are worth noting among the products of the aforesaid product line.

We can surely say that all aforesaid products have suited the taste of the visitors of our stand and have certainly attracted the attention not only to the blends produced by "Omega" but also to such useful and dietary type of meat like turkey. We would like to stress the fact that we used the flavoring blends without flavor enhancers in a number of products made for the exhibition.
