at the exhibition AGROPRODMASH 2015 that is due to take place at
the Exhibition Complex EXPOCENTRE
on October 5-9, 2015.

New products: Meat direction:
Cervelat “Austrian” Combo is a complex blend for production both of semi-smoked
and cooked-and-smoked sausages. Based on extracts of different kinds of
pepper and of nutmeg and combined with meat flavor ingredients, the blend is an
optimal decision for production of mid-priced
fine-grained sausages. “SchinkenLak Combo 100” is a multifunctional brine product
for whole-muscle and restructured delicatessens production. It provides high yield
and good organoleptic parameters of the finished product made of poultry and pork.

Fish direction:
“Pepper and lemon” is a dry marinade for salmon. The taste profile of lemon
and pepper provides original, bright flavor for fish semi-finished or finished products.
It is recommended for salmon but also suits for other fish.
Confectionary direction: “OmCake” is a complex blend, dry mixture, that allows
cooking cakes and muffins with high organoleptic parameters. It works as
“just add water and oil”.

Milk direction:
“OmCheese F” is a complex blend for
production of cheese product like “Philadelphia”. It enables to regulate the consistence,
guarantees pure taste without
any foreign flavors; it has perfect water retentive capacity and works fine with fat cottage cheese.
